Founders of the organization:


Dr Hari Charan Das, a journalist, poet, writer and Researcher founded this organization with the help of Lakhi Prasad Rabha (Ex secretary of Tribal volunteer force), Golok Bora (Journalist), Nava Kr Deka (Journalist), Bholanath Nath (Journalist), Charu Barua (Artist) and so on. Dr Das has been leading the organization since 1996 as the Secretary General. There are 14 chapters of the organization in different parts of Assam such as Majuli, Tinisukia, Nagaon, Guwahati, Kamrup, Sonitpur, Darrang, Udalguri, Dhubri, Bongaigaon, Goalpara, Kaziranga, Kokrajhar, Orang, Bhergaon.
